351.09 LOADING ZONES.
   (a)   No person shall stop, stand, park or leave unattended any vehicle within an area designated as a loading zone for a period longer than fifteen minutes.
   (b)   The owner, operator or person having charge of any vehicle stopped, standing or parked within an area designated as a loading zone shall immediately remove the vehicle from such area upon request of the owner, tenant or person having legal occupancy of the structure, business, firm or corporation immediately adjacent to the loading zone or upon the order of a police officer.

   (c)   Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
