301.22 PEDESTRIAN.

(a) "Pedestrian" means any natural person afoot including joggers and persons on skates, skateboards and similar devices. (Ord. 95-25. Passed 10-2-95.)

(b) The term includes a personal delivery device as defined in Ohio R.C. 4511.513 unless the context clearly suggests otherwise. (ORC 4511.01(X))
