725.04 CHARITABLE SOLICITATIONS.

No solicitation from house to house for the sale of goods for fundraising purposes, or for contributions or donations to a charitable organization shall be made without first securing a permit pursuant to this chapter, except aswhen such activity constitutes canvassing, or as herein provided.
