A properly qualified Mayor’s Court Magistrate who has been duly appointed by the Mayor pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 1905.05 shall be compensated in an amount not to exceed ninety-five dollars ($95.00) per hour and not to exceed thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000.00) per year. Said compensation shall be paid to the Magistrate on a contractual basis and, furthermore, said Magistrate shall not be entitled to any further compensation or benefits from the City for said services.
