157.02 AFFIRMATIVE ACTION.

Pursuant to Resolution 16-76, passed June 7, 1976 the City has adopted an Affirmative Action Program meeting the requirements of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended by the Equal Employment Act of 1972, as well as Section 504 of the 1973 Rehabilitation Act, amended in 1976.
