The following named officials and employees of the City shall furnish a corporate surety bond issued by a company authorized to do business in Ohio to protect the City against loss due to their acts. Any successor in office of employment shall furnish a bond in like amount before commencing duties as such officer or employee:
Director of Finance | $10,000 |
Assistant Director of Finance | $2,500 |
Clerk of Court | $2,500 |
