The EMS Medical Director and all members of the Emergency Medical Advisory Board shall be insured by the City against liability for any errors or omissions arising out of the performance of their duties, except for any claims and/or damages arising from any alleged act of malpractice which may be the result of their action or inaction in the performance of the above-described duties. Such members shall be required to provide proof of their own malpractice coverage.
