(a) The Director of Parks and Recreation is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and establish written rules and regulations concerning the memberships, guest admission, and use of the swimming pool facility.
(b) A copy of such rules shall be posted in a conspicuous place at the pool facility so that all members and guests shall have access to all rules and regulations. (Ord. 17-83. Passed 6-29-83.)
