1721.13 BAR EQUIPMENT.

(a) Glass chillers shall be on casters.

(b) Beverage lines shall be concealed to the point of connection where possible.

(c) All cold plates must be built into ice bins and separated from ice used for consumption. (Res. 97-01. Passed 8-21-97.)
