141.01 ESTABLISHED; DUTIES.

(a) There is hereby established a Planning Commission for the City. No compensation shall be paid for service on this Commission.

(b) The Planning Commission shall perform the duties and exercise the powers conferred upon the City Planning Commission by the general laws of the State not in conflict with the City Charter.
