(a) Water supplied to guest rooms and common areas of the hotel, motel or extended stay hotel shall be from a source that is approved by the City of Grandview Heights and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. An adequate supply of hot and cold water under sufficient pressure shall be provided for laundry, handwashing, bathing, utensil washing and other purposes.
(b) Sewage from the hotel, motel, or extended stay hotel shall be properly disposed in a public sanitary sewer or by treatment in an on-site sewage treatment facility that is approved by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
