1325.09 TYPES OF INSPECTIONS.
   The Director of Building and Zoning upon notification from the permit holder or his agent shall make the following inspections of buildings and shall either approve the portion of the construction as completed or shall notify the permit holder or his agent wherein the same fails to comply with the law.
   (a)   Foundation and Footing Inspection. To be made after trenches are excavated and forms erected and when all materials for the foundation and footing are delivered on the job. Where concrete from a central mixing plant (commonly termed "transit mixed") is to be used, materials need not be on the job.
   (b)   Frame Inspection. To be made after the roof, all framing, fire-blocking and bracing is in place. All rough electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilating and refrigeration inspections must be approved prior to any framing inspection being made.
   (c)   Insulation Inspection. To be made following the frame inspection and prior to the application of any finishing materials.
   (d)   Final Inspection. To be made after the building is completed and ready for occupancy or in any other case after all work is completed.
