(a) Appeal from the decision of the Director of Building and Zoning. Any "Facility" under the provisions of this section which is aggrieved by a decision of the Director of Building and Zoning in the execution of their duties, or by the requirement of any provision of this chapter may appeal from such decision to the Board of Zoning Appeals giving written notice of such appeal to the chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals not less than one week prior to the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals.
(b) Appeals of the Building Code. Where appeals are made under subsections (h) and (i) hereof, the Board of Zoning Appeals shall hear such appeal at its next regularly scheduled meeting unless other arrangements are required due to circumstances of an emergency nature. After such appeal the Board of Zoning Appeals shall render its decision in writing. Such decision shall specifically set forth the reason and facts upon which it is based. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall issue its order reversing, modifying or affirming the order and action of the Director of Building and Zoning.
