(a) A succinct summary of each municipal ordinance or resolution and all statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports required by law or ordinance to be published shall be published on the City’s website and through other means of communication offered to the public. The Clerk shall post all notices, resolutions or ordinances as may be required by law to be published, by posting a copy of such notice, resolution or ordinance on the City’s website. The City shall post one (1) physical notice of public meetings at the City’s principal business address and shall identify the specific address of any such posted meetings.
(b) The posting of such notices, resolutions, or ordinances as are required by the statutes of Ohio to be published shall constitute sufficient publication of such notices, resolutions or ordinances. The City may elect to also post copies elsewhere, such as on a bulletin board at the City’s principal business address.
