1313.09 SPECIAL PROVISIONS.

The Director of Building and Zoning shall ensure that any person or persons performing work governed by this Building Code shall be made aware of the existance of fire safety ordinances, rules or regulations that may be more restrictive than this Building Code. In any case the most restrictive ordinances, rules or regulations shall apply.
