1305.19 LETTER S.

(a) "Skeleton construction" means that construction whereby all external and internal loads and stresses are transmitted to the foundation by a skeleton or framework of metal or concrete reinforced by metal.

(b) "Spire" means a tapering structure with vertical dimensions much greater than the dimension of the base.
