1145.01 INTERPRETATION.
   In their interpretation and application, the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance shall be held to be the minimum requirements adopted for the promotion of the public health, safety and welfare, and shall be interpreted so as to effectuate the intent and purpose of the Zoning Ordinance as set forth in Chapter 1131. To protect the public, among other purposes, such provisions are intended to provide for adequate light, air, safety from fire and other danger, undue concentration of population and ample parking facilities.
