A fee shall be charged when an application is filed for a conditional use or site plan review as follows:
(a) Single-family $ 25.00 (b) Two-family to less than 25 dwelling units $ 50.00 (c) All others with 25 or more dwelling units $100.00 (d) All other non-residential applications $100.00 (Ord. 98-13. Passed 9-8-98.) |
