105.02 EXCEPTIONS.

   Certain exceptions are contained within the law wherein sessions convene to discuss:

   (a)    Personnel matters;

   (b)   The sale and purchase of certain property;

   (c)   Certain conferences with an attorney;

   (d)   Salary negotiations;

   (e)   Matters required to be kept secret by law; and

   (f)   Certain security arrangements. See Ohio R.C. 121.22 for exact wording.
