There shall also be filed, with the application for a permit, a plot diagram, including a landscaping plan, in a form and size suitable for filing permanently with the permit record, drawn to scale, with all dimensions figured, showing accurately the size and location of all proposed new construction or, in the case of demolition, of such construction as is to be demolished, and of all existing buildings. Existing and proposed utilities affecting the project shall also be shown on this plan.
