1117.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Any person who sells or attempts to sell a lot by metes and bounds in violation of these Regulations shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Upon conviction of a subsequent violation of the same provision within one year when the same is so specified in the complaint, such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned in the County Jail or Workhouse for a period not to exceed sixty days or both.
 
   (b)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates or fails to comply with, or who permits or causes any person in his employ to violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of these Regulations or any amendment or supplement thereto, shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Upon conviction of a subsequent violation of the same provision within one year when the same is so specified in the complaint, such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned in the County Jail or Workhouse for a period not to exceed sixty days or both.
