The final plat shall be drawn at a scale of 110 feet or less to the inch from an accurate survey and on one or more sheets whose maximum dimensions are twenty-four inches by thirty-six inches. In certain unusual instances where the subdivided area is of unusual size or shape, the Planning Commission may permit a variation in the scale or size of the final plat.
