The final plat in ink on mylar material and six black line or blue line prints thereof, together with copies of deed restrictions and two copies of certified plans showing the improvements that are to be constructed within the subdivision and a bond assuring construction of such improvements in accordance with plans previously approved, shall be submitted to the Planning Commission.
