The design of all improvements, including grades of streets, type of pavement, drainage, sidewalks, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water distribution facilities and street lighting facilities shall conform to the requirements of the Director of Building & Zoning in consultation with the City Engineer, including but not limited to standards set forth in the City of Columbus, Ohio Construction & Materials Specifications dated October 1, 2002 (or as amended), City of Columbus Standard Drawings dated 2007 (or as amended), City of Columbus Building Standards, City of Grandview Heights Stormwater Design Manual, and such other standards as may from time to time be promulgated or updated by the City of Columbus.
