913.01 MEETINGS; REPORTS.
   The Director of Building and Zoning and Engineer shall annually before the first day of April of each year, prepare and file with the Clerk of Council a report, including therein a list of the properties by address where such sidewalks within the City, in the opinion of the Director of Building and Zoning and Engineer, are in need of construction, repairs, or replacement in order to meet the minimum sidewalk standards or are deemed unnecessary and therefore, in the opinion of the Director of Building and Zoning and Engineer, eligible for removal. Such report shall contain the estimated cost of construction or repair in compliance with the standards on file and may include therein the designation of individual properties that contain hazardous conditions by reason of irregularities, contour or other conditions deemed sufficient reason for the necessity of report. The City Council, upon publication of notice and hearing at a Council meeting, shall approve or disapprove, the report, in whole or in part.
