905.99 PENALTY.

(a) In addition to any other penalties set forth in this chapter, and the remedy of specific performance, any person found guilty of violating, disobeying, omitting, neglecting or refusing to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day for each separate offense. A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed committed each day on which a violation occurs or continues.

(b) Any permittee may be excused for violations of this chapter and its permit for reasons of Force Majeure.
