709.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE AND TRANSFERAL.

Each operator and vehicle kept or used for hire in the City shall hold a valid license either in the City of Upper Arlington or the City of Worthington, or any other municipality within Franklin County approved by the Mayor.
