§ 50.06 ACCOUNTING.

(A) Accounting system. There shall be installed and maintained a proper system of accounts showing the amount of revenue received and the application of the same.

(B) Audit. The Board of Trustees shall cause a proper audit to be made by a competent auditor at least once each year of the Water Department, and the report of such audit shall be available for inspection.
