(A) The President of the Board of Trustees shall have the authority to hire all employees necessary for the proper operation and management of the Water Department subject to the approval of his, her, or their acts and doings such hirings.
(B) The salaries of all employees of the Water Department shall be fixed by the President of the Board of Trustees upon the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
