§ 50.01 SUPERINTENDENT OF WATER AND STREETS.
   (A)   The Water Department of the village shall be under the supervision of the President of the Board of Trustees of the village, who shall also be the Superintendent of Water and Streets.

   (B)   The active supervision of the Water Department of the village and of any and all property pertaining thereto, shall be by employees or agents of the village, under the direction of the President and the Board of Trustees.
