§ 33.45 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this subchapter is to generate revenue to be placed in a fund to encourage tourism through the promotion of attractions, special events, and other similar activities in accordance with the Hotel Operators’ Occupation Tax Act, being 65 ILCS 5/8-3-14.
