§ 32.15 CREATION OF DEPARTMENT.
   There is hereby established an executive department of the municipal government of the village which shall be known as the Police Department, and which shall consist of one Police Chief and such temporary and special police officers as may from time to time be appointed by the President and Board of Trustees.
