(A) An owner-occupied short-term rental unit applicant shall pay an annual license fee of $100.
(B) A non-owner-occupied short-term rental unit applicant who is a village resident shall pay an annual license fee of $250.
(C) A non-owner-occupied short-term rental unit applicant who is a not a village resident shall pay an annual license fee of $350.
(D) The annual license fee covers the period January 1 through December 31. License fees shall not be prorated or refunded and shall be paid to the village when an application is filed.
