§ 155.020 CREATION AND MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   A Board of Appeals is hereby authorized to be established. The word BOARD when used in these sections shall be construed to mean the Board of Appeals.
   (B)   The said Board shall consist of three members appointed by the municipality.
   (C)   The members of said Board shall serve respectively for the following terms or until their respective successors are appointed and qualified; one for one year, one for two years and one for three years; and three years each for those following the first three appointed.
   (D)   One of the members of said Board shall be designated by the municipality, as Chairperson of said Board and shall hold his, her, or their said office as Chairperson until his, her, or their successor is appointed. Such Chairperson, or in his, her, or their absence the acting Chairperson, may administer oaths and compel the attendance of witnesses.
   (E)   The municipality shall have the power to remove any member of said Board for cause and after a public hearing.
   (F)   Vacancies upon said Board shall be filled for the unexpired term of the member whose place has become vacant in the manner herein provided for the appointment of such member.
