§ 154.27 ANNUAL REVIEW OF REQUIREMENTS.

By January 1 of each year, the Regional Superintendent of Schools in conjunction with the Village Board shall review the provisions of this subchapter and any plans submitted by school districts concerning donations of land, or cash contribution in lieu thereof. The County Environmental and Development Department shall forward its findings to the Village Board.
