§ 152.072 BARBED WIRE FENCES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for a person to build, erect, use, or maintain any fence or barrier consisting of what is known as “barbed wire,” or of which barbed wire is a part along the line of or in or upon or along any street, alley, or sidewalk, or through or around any public park, land, or lot.
   (B)   Where any such barbed wire is used contrary to the provisions of this section, the same shall be removed upon written notice by the village. Any person owning, building, or controlling such fence who shall fail to remove such fence, or the barbed wire thereof, upon notice, shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter and upon conviction shall be fined according to § 152.999
