§ 152.071 LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.

Any person who shall place, leave, or erect, or cause to be placed, left, or erected any encroachment or obstruction in or upon any street, alley, or sidewalk within the village shall in all cases be liable to the village as private persons for all injuries or damages arising therefrom.
