§ 152.056 SIDEWALK NOT TO BE LAID CONTRARY TO GRADE.
   No person shall construct or lay, or cause to be constructed or laid, any sidewalk where no grade has been established by ordinance, without having first obtained a grade therefore from the President and Board of Trustees; nor shall he, she, or they construct or cause to be constructed any sidewalk contrary to any grade which may have been or may hereafter be established by the President and Board of Trustees.
