(A) Construction; permit required.
(1) No person, firm, or corporation shall construct a driveway for vehicles or animals across any sidewalk in the village without having obtained a permit therefor.
(2) Applications for such permits shall be made to the Village Clerk and/or applicable committee and shall be accompanied by the fee required.
(B) Construction permit; fee. The fee for all such construction permits shall be as assessed by the Board of Trustees.
