§ 150.42 NONCONFORMING PRIVATE SWIMMING POOLS.

(A) Any private swimming pool located within the village on the date of adoption of this subchapter which does not conform to the provisions of this subchapter is considered a “legal nonconforming” private swimming pool.

(B) On or before May 1, 2010, all private swimming pools shall comply with this subchapter or be subject to removal.
