§ 31.020 QUALIFICATIONS.
   The President shall be the chief executive officer of the village. He, she, or they shall be a citizen of the United States, a qualified elector, reside within the village limits and shall hold his, her, or their office for four years, and until his, her, or their successor is elected and qualified.
