§ 150.36 ENCLOSURE.
   (A)   Every owner, purchaser under contract, lessee, tenant, or licensee of a lot or premises located within the village upon which a private in-ground swimming pool is situated shall maintain at all times on such lot or premises a fence or other structure completely surrounding such pool, not less than four feet in height, with no gaps or apertures other than doors or gates, with any dimensions greater than six inches.
   (B)   All gates or doors opening through a fence or enclosure, maintained in accordance with this section, shall be equipped with self-closing and self-latching devices placed at the top of such gates or doors and made inaccessible to small children. Such devices shall be designed to be capable of keeping such doors or gates securely closed at all times when not in actual use; provided, however, that the door of any dwelling forming a part of the enclosure need not be so equipped.
