§ 31.005 CONSERVATORS OF THE PEACE.

Subject to the requirements of 65 ILCS 5/3.1-15-25(a), the Village President, Board of Trustees, and members of the Police Department are hereby declared to be conservators of the peace, with such powers to make arrests as are given to conservators of the peace by statute.
