§ 131.30 ABATEMENT REMEDY.
   In any proceeding instituted under § 131.29, the court shall, in addition to any other powers granted by the provisions of this subchapter or applicable law, have the power to enter an order restraining the owner and/or occupant from using the property for one or more specified purposes for a period of not more than one year, which order may further provide that the owner and/or occupant shall post a bond or other security payable to the village and approved by the court in an amount between $1,000 and $5,000, which bond or security shall be forfeited over to the village by the obligor thereof in the event that an offense set forth in § 131.27 is committed upon the property within the period of time set forth by the court.
