§ 130.18 UNNECESSARY NOISES.
   (A)   Disturbing peace. No person shall make, continue, or cause to be made or continued, any loud, unnecessary, or unusual noise, or any noise which either annoys, disturbs, injures, or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace, or safety of others; nor permit any building or premises owned by him, her, or them, or in his, her, or their possession or control, to be used or rented for any use which will disturb or destroy the peace of the neighborhood.
   (B)   Sound advertising from aircraft.
      (1)   No person shall operate, or cause to be operated, any aircraft for any purpose in or over the village with sound amplifying equipment in operation.
      (2)   Sound amplifying equipment, as used herein, shall mean any machine or device for the amplification of music, the human voice, or any other noise or sound, except that it shall not be construed as including warning devices on authorized emergency aircraft or any horns or other warning devices used only for traffic safety purposes.
