§ 111.58 ENFORCEMENT.
   The village’s legal counsel is authorized to institute civil proceedings necessary for the enforcement of this subchapter to prosecute, restrain, or correct violations of this subchapter. Such proceedings, including an action for injunctive relief, shall be brought in the name of the village, provided, however, that nothing in this subchapter and no action taken hereunder, shall be held to exclude such criminal or administrative proceedings as may be authorized by any of the laws of the village or the state or to exempt anyone violating this subchapter or any part of the said laws from any penalty which may be incurred.
