§ 111.56 REQUIREMENTS.
   The following conditions must be met in order to qualify as a home kitchen operation:
   (A)   Monthly gross sales do not exceed $1,000;
   (B)   The food is not potentially hazardous baked food, as defined in § 4 of the Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act (410 ILCS 625/4); and
   (C)   A notice is provided to the purchaser of the baked goods that the product was produced in a home kitchen.
