(A) Every place used as a kennel or pet shop shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and no refuse or waste material shall be allowed to remain thereon for more than 24 hours.
(B) All animals shall be humanely treated; and any animal having any disease shall be properly isolated and treated.
(C) The regulations relating to the Animal Welfare Act of the state, being 8 Ill. Adm. Code 25 et seq. and 225 ILCS 605/1, adopted from time to time are adopted by reference as part of this subchapter.
