It shall be the duty of the President, at the first regular meeting of the Board in May of each year or as soon thereafter as practicable, to appoint standing committees and the chairperson of each committee, each to consist of three members of the Board, which committees shall be as follows:
(A) Committee on Finance;
(B) Committee on Streets and Alleys;
(C) Committee on Insurance;
(D) Committee on Police;
(E) Committee on Building Permits;
(F) Committee on Water;
(G) Committee on Health and Storm Drains; and
(H) Committee on Parks.
