No person shall engage in any game, sport, or amusement at any place in the village parks not designated as a portion of the park for such game, sport, or amusement, so as to in any way endanger the life, person, or property of any other person or persons utilizing the facilities of such park, or so as to in any way limit or hinder the lawful use of such parks by any other person or persons.
